We work with a  range of public sector bodies in Wales on their constitutional (and statutory) frameworks, complaints and investigations processes (and outcomes), and governance requirements.

For example, we advise Higher Education bodies on Data Protection Act/ UK GDPR requirements as well as their responses to Freedom of Information requests. We also act as legal advisers to professional conduct/ standards panels in Wales.
