Learning Outcomes:

With a focus on the culture and behaviours that drive diversity and inclusion this half day course is aimed specifically at developing HR and people managers’ understanding of diversity and inclusion within their own role.  By identifying barriers to inclusion, participants will gain the understanding of what opportunities they have within their roles to be more inclusive.  Against the backdrop of current legislation and best practice, we will focus specifically on HR related areas in relation to promoting diversity and inclusive practices, policies and procedures.
