With a focus on the culture and behaviours that drive diversity and inclusion this half day course is aimed at developing managers’ understanding around this crucial agenda and their own role as inclusive managers.  By identifying barriers to inclusion, participants will gain the understanding of what opportunities they have within their roles to be more inclusive.  Against the backdrop of current legislation and best practice, we will apply our keep© model to increase individual and organisational performance.
