Strategic Thinking

As our economic, political, and social environments get ever more complex, there’s often no right answer to a problem. Rather, we rely on a set of principles or framework that allow decisions to be made without knowing exactly what may come next.

Navigating this has become both a science and an art, requiring a mix of thought, perception, and judgement. This programme showcases a range of strategic models and approaches that allow both objective information and subjective perceptions to be blended, grounded in real world case studies and examples.

It also explores our thought processes, and how bias and our emotions impact upon rational processes, and how group dynamics affect outcomes.
